Terms of Service for Lewis & Co. Media Management, LLC

Lewis & Co. Media Management, LLC provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to social media management, content creation, website support, CRM configuration, SEO-related services, and consulting. Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual proposals, invoices, or written agreements.

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access required to perform agreed-upon services. Lewis & Co. is not responsible for delays or performance issues resulting from incomplete information, delayed approvals, or revoked access.

Clients may voluntarily provide account access or credentials for platforms such as websites, social media accounts, hosting providers, CRM systems, or analytics tools. Lewis & Co. agrees to use such access solely for the purpose of delivering contracted services. Clients may revoke access at any time.

All fees are due as outlined in the agreed proposal, invoice, or subscription plan. Late or unpaid balances may result in paused services or termination. Fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

While Lewis & Co. strives to deliver high-quality services and measurable improvements, results such as increased traffic, engagement, rankings, or revenue are not guaranteed. Performance may vary based on industry, market conditions, platform algorithms, and client participation.

Lewis & Co. is not responsible for outages, policy changes, suspensions, or performance issues caused by third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, hosting providers, or software tools used in service delivery.

All original content created by Lewis & Co. remains the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise stated. Lewis & Co. retains the right to showcase non-confidential work for portfolio or promotional purposes.

Lewis & Co. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services. Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services rendered during the prior three months.

Either party may terminate services with written notice, subject to the terms of the active agreement or billing cycle. Outstanding balances remain due upon termination.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

Lewis & Co. reserves the right to update these Terms of Service as needed. Updates will be posted on this page and become effective upon publication.
